Buckwild Safaris is proud to donate 30 South African plains game hunting packages per year to conservation banquets and wildlife organisations across North America.

Simple & Transparent
How It Works

Package is Auctioned
The winning bidder pays the full auction amount directly to the banquet organisation (e.g. Ducks Unlimited). 100% of the auction proceeds go to the conservation cause.

Winner Books With Us
After the auction, the winner contacts Buckwild Safaris to book their hunt. They pay us 50% of the standard base package rate.

Hunt & Add-Ons
The group arrives in South Africa for their 7-night / 6-day safari. Additional animals beyond the base package are available at full standard rates.

Everyone Wins
The conservation organisation raises funds, the hunters enjoy a discounted African safari, and Buckwild Safaris gains new clients and long-term relationships.

A premium 4-hunter South African plains game safari. Each hunter selects 3 animals from the species pairs below, guided by a dedicated Professional Hunter.

- 7 nights / 6 full hunting days
- 1 Professional Hunter per 2 hunters (2 PHs total)
- 3 animals per hunter — choice of species (see below)
- All meals, soft drinks, moderate alcoholic beverages & spirits
- All ground transportation in South Africa
- Daily guided hunts, skinning & field preparation

Important Note
Winning hunters are expected to harvest 3 additional medium and large trophy animals per hunter from our standard price list at full rates. This is standard practice at conservation banquets and is clearly stated in all auction descriptions.

Additional non-hunters and observers are welcome to join the safari at our standard non-hunter daily rate.

50% to Your Organisation
The winning bidder pays the full auction amount to the banquet organisation. 100% of the auction proceeds go directly to the conservation cause of their choice.
50% to Buckwild Safaris
After the auction, the winner books directly with us and pays 50% of the standard base package rate. Additional animals are charged at full current pricelist rates.
Your Choice of Organisation
The buyer can direct their 50% donation to any qualifying wildlife or conservation organisation of their choice — one that is willing to partner with Buckwild Safaris.
30 Packages Available for 2027
We make 30 donation packages available each year. Packages are distributed across multiple banquet organisations and chapters to avoid saturation. Each package is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and is subject to availability and final written confirmation.

- This is a 50% donation package. The winning bidder pays the full auction amount to the banquet organisation.
- The winning group then pays Buckwild Safaris 50% of the normal base package rate to book the hunt.
- Winning hunters are expected to harvest a minimum of 3 additional medium to large trophy animals per hunter at full standard rates.
- Non-hunters / observers are welcome at the standard non-hunter daily rate.
- Package is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Subject to availability, applicable permits, and final written confirmation from Buckwild Safaris.
- International flights, taxidermy, trophy shipping, and gratuities are not included.
- One transfer of the package is permitted with prior written notice to Buckwild Safaris.
